He wasn't watching when they worked on the car but did a good job

Personnel was wonderful. They worked my car in, fixed it fast, efficiently gave me suggestions for further problems.

Oil change, tire rotation, and attempted to check the steering wheel alignment. I had some aftermarket wheels installed and had them check the wheel alignment afterwards, they corrected the alignment but left the steering wheel crooked. They didn’t believe me that it was crooked so I took the technician for a ride and showed him. Then he said it was due to the crown in the road. Apparently the road wasn’t crowned before they aligned it. The technician said their alignment rack was old and he got it as good as he could. The service manager said he would check the rack and call me to get it back in so they can try again. He said he would call me so I’m waiting. The truck has less than 1500 miles on it.

I made an appointment. Got there on time and they were ready to get started. Finished when they said it would be. Price was reasonable.
